Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.. This means orders received by 4pm are ready for pickup by the courier next day.
Once booked you will receive a tracking number for your order.
In the event of delays we will send you an email. Note time to deliver package is usually 2-6 business days, we do review every order to ensure it is delivered, however on occasions there are issues due to high volume or COVID related restrictions that can prevent delivery in this time frame. Rest assured however we will follow up with our courier partners to ensure you get your package at the earliest.
All our products are located in Australia and we currently only ship to within Australia. We have two types of products.
You will find this tag in each product page. All products follow our terms and conditions independantly on who ships it. We let you know this to ensure transparency.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated during checkout. Majority of our products come with FREE shipping. This is indicated on the product page. If you add a product to your cart that does not come with free shipping the shipping fees will be calculated according to your postcode.

Express Shipping
We currently offer standard shipping only. We ship within 1 business day so you will get your item ASAP.
Pickup
We ship from multiple warehouses located nationwide. Hence unable to arrange pickup for any item.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and link you can use to check its status. Please allow 1 business day for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Our carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
If you do use P.O.Box for delivery address we will use Australia post to delivery your item.
